  • rosemary oil is good for treating depression when ate raw in small amounts (can be added with nuts/trail mix/chex mix) or even baked/cooked with your food or rubbed into the skin/on your temples or added into a non scented lotion.
  •  eating ginger!
  • foods rich in b vitamins are also good to help treat depression, like spinach,pinto beans,brussel sprouts,kale,peas,radishes,cauliflower,asparagus and okra too!
  • licorice root and black licorice
  • two cups a day (or one big cup) of saint johns wort, 2 table spoons brewed as a tea for 10 minutes, add lemon or mint or licorice root for flavor enhancer if you would like!
